Training

The job of a Muaythai fighter consists of training, recovering and fighting. In our Gym you will follow the same routine as our professional fighters. For the best result of training, you gotta have to train as hard and often as you can, but also take your time to recover.

Morning: 08.00 - 10.00

Take it easy in the morning. You will go for a run, shadow box, do some rounds on the bag and pads followed by technique training. Make sure you will have enough energy for the afternoon session.

After training it´s time for your breakfast, and some relaxing activities like enjoying a massage, watching a movie or reading a book.

Afternoon: 16.00 - 20.00

The main training session consisting of running, skipping, shadow boxing, technique training, bagwork, padwork, sparring, clinching, conditioning drills and strength training.

After this you will eat your fighters meal and fall into bed with a big smile!

Take a break

It is our job to teach you Muaythai. There is training up to seven days a week. It´s for you to decide when to take a day off when you feel tired and sore.

Your physical and mental health is most important. Always remember to train "hard but smart".
